• The address is 15A Hawthorne Road, Caversham, Reading, RG4 6LY. You’ll find number 15A on the left-hand side, just make sure you’re heading to 15A, not 15, as they’re separate properties.

  • If there’s space available, you’re very welcome to park on the drive, just be sure not to block anyone in. If the drive is full, there’s usually room to park along the curve of the road. Please do double-check you’re not blocking any neighbouring driveways.

  • When you arrive, please wait in your car. I’ll come out to meet you at the time of your appointment. If I’m able to see you a little earlier, I’ll pop you a text. Occasionally, I might run slightly behind, usually due to things like roadworks, but I’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay. Thank you so much for your understanding.

  • You’re welcome to pay by card, cash, or bank transfer, whichever is easiest for you. If you do choose to pay by bank transfer, it’s always very much appreciated, as it helps me avoid card processing fees.

  • All appointments can be booked online through Fresha.

  • I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place, and I do hope you’ll understand. While I know that unexpected things can pop up, as they do for all of us, this is my livelihood and how I support my home, so I do need to stick to this policy in all cases. If you feel this might not work for you, I completely understand and want you to find the right fit for your needs.
