48 hour Cancellation Policy

As I am a busy salon, it's important I enforce my 24 hour cancellation policy. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or moving of an appointment. If you fail to let me know with 24 hours notice a 50% fee will be charged to you. If I can manage to fill the gap I will let you know and refund the charge. It is just so I am not left unpaid for my time.

If you miss an appointment and do not show you will be charged 100% of the fee.

If you are running more than 15 mins late and only partial treatment is carried out, you will still be charged 100% of the fee. The treatment may not be able to be carried out depending on the length of time needed.

What data do we store and why?
In order to be covered by BABTAC insurance, we are required to keep the following information:
Name, contract number, address, email, doctor's surgery, allergies, and patch tests.
You do not have to share this information with us, but by not doing so, the treatment may not go ahead.
We store your contact details so that we can contact you for appointment reminders. With your explicit consent we may also contact you with news and promotional offers relating to Perry's Beauty.

How do we maintain privacy?
We will not sell or share your information with anyone.
