Treatment Packages & Course Policies
To ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain the integrity of our treatment programmes, the following policies apply to all discounted treatment courses and memberships.
Treatment Courses
Discounted treatment courses are offered to reward clients who commit to a full course of treatments, as recommended for the best clinical results.
Course prices are available only when the full course is purchased in advance.
Treatment courses are:
Non-refundable.
Non-transferable.
Valid only for the named client at the time of purchase.
Cannot be shared between family members or friends.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative treatments unless agreed at our discretion.
Should you decide not to complete your course, any treatments already received will be recalculated at the standard single treatment price. Any remaining balance may be refunded only after the full-price treatments have been deducted, or may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Transfer of Treatments
Discounted treatment packages are designed specifically for one individual's treatment plan and therefore cannot be transferred to another person.
If, in exceptional circumstances, we agree to transfer any remaining treatment, the treatments already received will first be recalculated at the full individual treatment price, and only any remaining value (if applicable) may be transferred.
Memberships & Annual Treatment Plans
Memberships and annual treatment plans are offered at preferential rates in return for committing to an agreed schedule of treatments.
Membership benefits, pricing and discounts are personal to the named member and:
Cannot be shared or transferred.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot be used by another person.
Are subject to the agreed payment schedule.
If a membership is cancelled early, any treatments already received may be recalculated at their full individual price and any outstanding balance will become payable.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("No Show") or missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Clients using prepaid treatment courses or memberships will forfeit the relevant treatment from their package for missed appointments.
We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations prevent us from offering appointments to other clients.
Course Validity
To achieve the best clinical results, treatment courses should be completed within the recommended timeframe.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Courses of 3 treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Expired treatments cannot be extended unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Results
Whilst every effort is made to achieve excellent outcomes, results vary from person to person. Treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment, and individual results cannot be guaranteed.

What data do we store and why?
In order to be covered by BABTAC insurance, we are required to keep the following information:
Name, contract number, address, email, doctor's surgery, allergies, and patch tests.
You do not have to share this information with us, but by not doing so, the treatment may not go ahead.
We store your contact details so that we can contact you for appointment reminders. With your explicit consent we may also contact you with news and promotional offers relating to Perry's Beauty.
How do we maintain privacy?
We will not sell or share your information with anyone.
