I completely understand that visiting a new place can feel a bit daunting – I’ve been there myself! As someone with ADHD and social anxiety, I know how important it is to feel comfortable and at ease. That’s why I’ve created a warm, friendly space where you can truly relax. Whether you love a good natter during your treatment or prefer a quiet, calming appointment, I’ll always do my best to make sure your visit is just right for you.

And if you’re anything like me and get a bit anxious about things like parking when going somewhere new – I absolutely get it! The good news is, there’s plenty of free on-street parking right outside, so you don’t need to add that to your list of worries. Just come as you are, take your time, and know you’re in a space where you can truly feel at ease.
